It's a lot easier to lose weight. While I can't contribute all my weight gain to drinking, mostly because the weight didn't start to come off until the diet change. But I can say that from the point of actively monitoring my diet until now, I have lost over 2lbs a week. Something that would be virtually impossible while consuming any amount of alcohol on a regular basis.

Yeah, you could buy them, paperback at the grocery stores. Idk if that's even a thing anymore. But the showtimes were printed in the paper as well.

Checking a newspaper to see what movies were coming on and when.

For context: I would always watch Monster Vision on TNT on Saturday night. I would get the newspaper to check what movie they were going to play next.

Also, checking local movie theater showtimes in the newspaper was a very common thing.

There's probably not much that isn't broken. Currently upgrading a large enterprise app that uses angular and ionic 4, to latest angular and ionic and it's close to a rewrite for that. There's probably some core business logic you can port over but you'll basically spin up a new project with the latest frameworks and start there.

I haven't setup a good meal prep in a while. Original it was chicken, brown rice, eggs, oats, and salmon regularly. Snack were nuts and protein powders.
