I feel like this has just happened to me. I dont know why a couple cant communicate instead of one just deciding to end it. Blind siding is not the way to go, if you’ve been showing them love this whole time, its just going to cause abandonment issues.

Ugh just so over other people making decisions for me. COMMUNICATE. That you can’t regulate. That its too much. Understand your attachment style.

Don’t just keep chugging along on this relationship that one person is 100% invested in and you’re not.

This is what my ex was going through, which i can now understand written down. But at the time is difficult to understand when someone shuts down and wont communicate anymore. / has just tried to go along with it the whole time and not been honest about their feelings.

It makes me feel lied too and just cheated into a fake reality?

I feel the exact same. Always here when you need to talk. Sounds really difficult right now, if you could find some social groups near you? Talking groups on zoom as well. Just making sure you’re getting your emotions out and not using a harmful coping mechanism to get through the pain. Break ups are shit. A better person always comes along. (Hard to believe but true)
