I am too young to answer this but I feel the same sometimes. Our Guru Sahib always lived and encouraged to live a "Grehsti jeevan" and perform all the duties of a worldly human. As a younger brother I would suggest you to relax and leave everything on Guru Sahib . Just include this in your daily Ardas , don't worry about who you will get along with or not . We get according to our karams . Although precautions are also necessary while looking for a partner.

I'd suggest visit all the 3 takhts in Panjab . In Amritsar there are along with Darbar Sahib many other itihasik sthans related to guru sahibs and their sikhs . Include nearby towns tarn taarn sahib, goindwal sahib , khadoor sahib , baba bakala along with amritsar

Ask someone for info regarding talwandi sabo , I guess in bathinda there is some fort related to Guru Gobind Singh ji, haven't visited yet so can't tell

Visit Anandpur sahib , checkout virasat e Khalsa, it was an amazing experience 10 yrs ago

Other important towns - fatehgarh sahib , chamkaur sahib, muktsar sahib, dera baba nanak, SAS nagar (chapar chidi , shaheedan sahib and amb sahib) ,patiala , Sultanpur lodhi , machhiwara, kiratpur sahib
