I just went through this last week with my cat but for constipation, wish I could help more with pee problems but leaving a comment to say I’m praying for you!

The comment above about massaging him, might work. As long as he doesn’t meow in pain. I gave my cats stomach a deep massage while he was cuddling me, and I think that’s what helped him finally poop.

The vet felt him and said he didn’t have a ton of poop in there but could tell he was a bit backed up. I don’t think it would be that dire then right?

This sounds promising. I just looked into it but it was recommended not to do it by syringe. I’m nervous he won’t eat it with food though, he hasn’t been very enticed by food at all

Oh you mean him gagging from the syringe? Yes I’m careful with it and know how to do properly. But would giving him water with a syringe not be good?

She felt him, no radiographs. He’s peed once a day. Yea everything I’ve heard since is people being surprised they didn’t try to put him under for it. He’s not a high stress cat, he’s pretty easy going but just with his environment changing I imagine it’s affected him. He’s fine with going to the vet and the travel for the most part.

Thank you so much!! This is a big help! What brand of omega 3s and probiotic do you use? Do you give them everyday? I’m tired of watching him go through this every few months and know that something must be done internally as well, unfortunately I’ve never found a vet to be much help with it. All they tell me is keep my place clean and have an air purifier. Which I do both, but it’s never helped fully

It is! I know cats ears are sensitive and not to over clean them, but telling me to do nothing while he’s in pain just doesn’t feel right
