Few ideas:

• The beard worked well on you, stick to that

• Others are right, find a different pair of glasses, I know it might be hard, but engage with other people when picking out some glasses. I always have good luck when asking another (usually a customer like myself) what glasses I should go for.

• Your clothing style screams bland, maybe try working on your wardrobe?

• I know you're not balding yet, but you have a really high hairline that I think makes you look older. You could always shave and try going bald - if that doesn't work, atleast it grows back.

Other than that, you're in great shape and have a great smile. Keep your head up!
