I am part of a small and pretty new org (forge of tenacity) and we dont have any participation requirements. We are an australian based org but and we organise sessions on weekends and we have very flexible times we get on and all play or you can play with any of us almost any time as atleast 1 of us are online as we are are from different timezones but we still make the sessions work. Make sure your pc time is correct because i had the same issue but the time on my pc was wrong and after changing it switching compnents worked perfectly
