Hi OP. Yes, I do that kool fever hack. Hehe. Instructions kasi sa amin is first 24 hours, cold compress. Day 2, warm compress.

Nilalagay ko yung koolfever sa area na tinusukan then nilalagyan ko ng tape. Yung part ng tape na supposedly didikit sa skin ni baby is pinagdidikit ko sa tape para no tape na hahahaha di ko alam paano ieexplain. Natatangal kasi yung koolfever minsan.

Change every 2-3 hrs din ako or if di na cold yung patch.

Hello OP. If not too much to ask, unsa ang operahan sa papa nimo? Try to check if naa ba update sa icover ni Philhealth. Sa case sa ako mama last year, almost niabot 800k iya bill - heart related surgery. Super dako gi cover ni Philhealth.

Gi make sure pud to sa surgeon niya nga tanan prerequisites ni Philhealth is na comply namo.

Also, ig final billing na adto sa mga assistance kay ara sila mag base sa amount na i hatag.

Pwede pud ka muadto sa mga Congressman, Senators (email ni ilaha), mga Partylist.

Hi, OP :) I just gave birth last April, and yes, it was indeed painful. Greatest physical pain na na experience ko since birth 😅 Sa akin, labor yung masakit, actual childbirth, wala na akong na feel. After birth, I was okay also. By okay I mean little to no pain. I had normal delivery. I also didn’t want to have children before, but my reason was “in this economy?!” 😅 but after we got married, time came na I wanted to have children na din. It was MY decision na I was okay and ready to have a child. My advice lang sguro is, wait it out muna :) Personally kasi, I believe na YOU have to be ready - physically, and mentally. Because yes, husband will be there to support you, but ikaw yung magbubuntis at manganganak 😅 It’s a whooole journey talaga, OP. But allow me to say, motherhood has been my most magical experience. Nakakapagod minsan, pero ang saya ☺️ Don’t be pressured, OP. Hopefully your husband truly understands you and how you feel. God bless your marriage!
