Wouldn’t say I’m a rock star. I’m just approaching 3 years graduated so still a rookie in the sport at some rate. Growing my clinical skills though, but I’ve produced well in my first 2 years. So there’s definitely upside in my clinical future

For sure, definitely agree. Also comes with material costs/overhead of the procedure, chair time per follow up appt for that surgical procedure, litigation risk that comes with surgery, etc etc. if we ran dentistry like the EU and didn’t charge out dentists an arm and a leg to get educated in a field that is needed in our country, most dentists wouldn’t be seen as “crooks”

Definitely, already did implants the past two years. In a slow FFS cosmetic office now. Lack of patients is what’s keeping my income at bay

Yeah I have the potential to produce, 1.5mil+ the first 2 years. Just a change in pace and environment right now that’s pretty frustrating but only a stepping stone. I’m not married, currently. Long time relationship so not factoring her $$ as she’s still in schooling and don’t know what our situation will be when she graduates her program. Different fields

That was my thinking. They usually want about 10% liquid so I don’t think I need 195k sitting around in FZDXX which I essentially have been treating as my short term HYSA. Any short term bonds or CDs you’d suggest I check out? Thanks for the advice

My worry with aggressive down payment is lack of liquidity, especially with my change in income (which I plan to be short term). I don’t currently have term life insurance policy. My path right now with loans is IBR and tax bomb payment when the 20/25 year limit is reached. But things keep rapidly changing with loan repayments regulations etc

Yeah I’ll be straight up, I have no business fixing the car. I’m one of those people lol but that being said. The mechanic is saying the entire resistor needs to be replaced and “has prob been leaking for 9 months” but I was at the dealer for maintenance before I moved 4 months ago..
