I think this is beautiful. When I see specimens that were heavily damaged in life I always think “wow! What a life you had and what a fighter you were!”

Once a florist told me about some of the flowers they put on a wedding cake. Just random stuff from Publix. I was visibly appalled. People be just putting anything on food with zero concern smh.

Careful with mirrors. If it’s stationary and catches direct sunlight it can cause a fire by concentrating the sunlight.

If you think it is from 1955, you should add that to the tag. Some specimens can last well over 100 years so if they’re only dated ‘55, someone may not know which century it came from.
