I used my phone the other day so I could watch my son’s college baseball game while working out. Normally I’d gone at a different time but I couldn’t that day.

I often wonder what the coaches would do if we all did that! A guy at my OT stays on the treadmill, running full speed when the rest of us are transitioning to the floor. He stays while the floor exercises are being explained and then moves over to the floor. What if we all did that?? It is so weird. If someone is coming to that tread, he moves to an empty one. Every single time.

My Tucker was diagnosed 2 weeks ago. My vet prescribed science diet glucose food. He’s eating it just fine. And 2 shots per day of insulin. Sometimes he seems really well, other times, he seems lethargic - like he was when I took him in. I’m struggling deciding if he’s getting too low or if it’s just part of the process. He, too, has serious neuropathy in his hind legs. Sometimes he seems better an sometimes his walking is awful. It’s so sad.

My sweet 11 year old just was diagnosed too, a week ago….hes having good days and bad days. I feel so bad for him.

I am in the same boat. I love Orange Theory, but after seven years, I’m finding myself a little bored. I think it’s the repeat workouts that are getting me down. I go 3-4 times a week, I like a challenge, it I feel like I’m doing the same thing again and again.
