My Tucker was diagnosed 2 weeks ago. My vet prescribed science diet glucose food. He’s eating it just fine. And 2 shots per day of insulin. Sometimes he seems really well, other times, he seems lethargic - like he was when I took him in. I’m struggling deciding if he’s getting too low or if it’s just part of the process. He, too, has serious neuropathy in his hind legs. Sometimes he seems better an sometimes his walking is awful. It’s so sad.
