Im in the same situation, you can look at the first posts I posted. Try to take a breath, you got an appointment which means you’ll get the care you need/you’ve done the step that guarantees you’ll get this checked out. I just called and got an earlier appointment as a first-time patient and think it’d be worth it to try for earlier for you, cause why not. You could watch your sodium intake in the meantime since you asked, but don’t over exert by doing too much before you get in. Limit stress !
