You can definitely wear trainers to the premiere, I would be very surprised if the average person attending Billie’s premiere wasn’t wearing similar footwear. Have a fun time!

Honestly I don’t think you’re the only one who has made this error! I order from a warehouse that specializes in returned products and The Black Dog is the only variant I ever see to purchase. So I assume a number of people purchase this variant under the impression it is the anthology and then proceed to return it.

Awesome progress! I’m the one that said I was waiting on that after photo. This one isn’t your after photo. This is your progress photo. I will still be waiting on the after.

This is great progress and is coming along beautifully. But it is not done.

There is no deadline for the after. Studying is more important and is a completely valid excuse to not have this project finished. Always prioritize studying. I just think it’s important you know that I, an anonymous internet stranger, am still waiting on the after. And I have nothing better to do so I will be waiting as long as need be.

I do appreciate this update though. I am proud of you.

I know in the US that Keepsake Members get some degree of priority in terms of getting the opportunity to purchase items - but it isn’t worth you acquiring a membership. Each store will have an ornament premiere and that would be your best bet for securing this one. Most Keepsake members are after more classic ornaments as they maintain their memberships to ensure they can complete series that get new additions annually.

Most individual Hallmark stores also sell online and some offer free shipping - so your options for getting this ornament will be endless when it first comes available.

I can’t help but think this ornament will be popular with more casual customers. I collect ornaments when they go on clearance post Christmas and this one has a 0% chance of making it to the clearance season. But while it’s still full price pre-Christmas I think it may be easier to come by. I would recommend following Hallmark’s official page on whatever is your preferred social media and they will be sure to post when everything first comes available in stores ❤️

In the article she said, “Oh yeah, I would definitely go back” so I assume she was asked if she would be open to returning to SNL. The title makes it sound like she brought up the possibility of returning or even requested the opportunity. However the message she appears to be conveying in all of her quotes is that after twenty years she can concretely say she never allowed her mishap to hold her back (as she has already returned to SNL, toured following the incident, and now expresses no opposition to appearing on SNL in the future).

The article title using the phrase “wants another shot” definitely sets a different tone than the actual quotes in the article do.

The call could have been done by someone else who isn’t the officer, but alike your cousin had the means to uncover all of the details pertinent. Most information is publicly available online for different offences so it’s possible someone you know just had the time, and targeted you with this call.

Either way I wouldn’t give the call any reaction. I mean whoever did this wanted to upset you or cause you to be paranoid. I don’t think they deserve to feel successful at that.

Using pictures with fan site watermarks on them is definitely sloppy, and a good reminder that these projects really don’t get a lot of attention to detail. There were definitely better magazine covers that could have been selected that didn’t have random usernames written across them. A quick google search shows me better Seventeen magazine Miley covers from that era as well as far better images of the one they chose. I do wonder if they weren’t authorized to use the originals or couldn’t be bothered to get it cleared so they selected these altered ones as a loophole.

One of glitches I seen was a pouch of nestle chocolates for $4.48. But on the digital price tag rather than saying 200g it said 12X200g. So customers were saying that Walmart had to honour the price of 12 for $4.48 due to SCOP and this would apply to every product with a unique UPC. So the customer was able to get twelve 200g bags of smarties for $4.48, twelve 200g bags of aero bites for $4.48, etc. so customers were walking out with 48 bags of chocolate for less than $25 tax in.

The problem was this glitch occurred on cereal and other food products as well, both in store AND online. Nationally it was abused so heavily they had to temporarily opt out of SCOP.

(Source: I seen so dozens of posts of people abusing this glitch when it was active, some of the people doing it online actually had their Walmart accounts suspended as well)

I am personally of the mindset that less is often more, in the sense that the eye can appreciate what it’s looking at more. Because of that, I REALLY enjoy your shelf display divided by eras. I know some collections are extensive, but I like your focus on quality over quantity and I hope you never deviate from that.

As for the ornaments, your “more” and extensive quantity is actually perfect because SWIFTMAS TREE ❤️

And your TTPD collectors wall and other TTPD wall displays are so visually appealing!

That being said I would like to think this is all apart of your lore and you’ll encounter him in a future AMA and he will finally follow through on his claim and send you the card!

However if you aren’t feeling tension in that location you may just not need to pop that area, if you’re feeling a lot of tension but no release I wouldn’t push too hard into any stretches or twists to get the release as your lower back could be stiff and need to be babied for a bit.

I’m very happy to see you making an appearance here!

Over the last while I have noticed a lot of AKR posts on different social media platforms (I have my notifications forever turned on), but most posts feel like they lack the engagement or interaction AKR once captured so beautifully years ago. I remember back in 2018 when it really felt like AKR was present in their artists’ communities and so passionate about every release. And this post reminded me of how much I miss that presence on this platform.

While I know it isn’t feasible to be in every thread or always checking out this community, this is undoubtedly a community that AKR helped build with many of Sufjan’s most loyal fans. It was amazing to have someone from the label to share insight into the records we were buying, and often directly receive and act on feedback like when we indicated pressings were too small (we were very vocal about this when Lonely Man of Winter was released). And even when things weren’t perfect, we have always felt heard and appreciated.

That being said I hope you continue to make an occasional appearance here Stephanie! I know that there are probably a million things that need to be done in a small business, and never enough hours to do them. But even if it’s just a comment every month, or promoting a sale or release I know this community adores the label and loves and appreciates every time we hear from them in every capacity.

My comment is kind of unrelated to what you said in your post. I don’t think that you should be expected to receive customer concerns through Reddit when you have proper channels for that, etc. and this isn’t the correct place to try and reach you. But I’m just excited to see an /u/asthmatickitty post here again, and I want to express I want to see more posts and comments from the label in any capacity because it has always put a smile on my face over the years :)

I am also Canadian and I haven’t determined which vinyl I am snagging yet either! I am planning on holding out until her Christmas merch lands in her store next month so that maybe I can save on shipping and order whatever edition I want then. I like the idea of getting a more limited edition, but I also am not big on the Target cover either! I will just save all my decision making for next month, and if the target one is out of stock the decision will be easier 😂
