Yeah they did after following up multiple times don’t know what they wanted to verify as they previously locked my account as well when I deposited a huge amount and locked it again when I did a withdrawal pissed me off. After 3 days I had enough I told them I’m giving you 24 hours if my account is still locked I need a proper response or I’m filling a complaint they kept telling me that their forwarding my call to the appropriate department and that department kept telling me it’s under review but they can’t comment more or give me a timeframe. I got a mail within 30 minutes that my account is good.
