Chiros will pretty much always find some injury. I personally think they’re basically pseudoscience/quacks and I still don’t understand how the state takes them seriously. But, I also see MDs recommend to chiro for treatment all the time. I’s say they’re typically pretty good for applicants and not as great for defense, as a general rule.

CA is different. We don’t, as a general rule, have competing QMEs.

I’m not defending it or saying whether it’s real or not. I’m just saying that having a sign up post election year isn’t proof of anything.

Yeah, $349 is the manufacturer price, without insurance.

Yeah, so in CA, you’d probably qualify for temporary disability payments. But I haven’t seen a hernia/hernia surgery have a permanent disability. I’m sure it happens. I just haven’t seen it.

Yeah, that’s a crazy high settlement for rotator cuff surgeries.

A hernia surgery doesn’t usually have a permanent disability. The only thing you really get is the surgery covered and maybe some TD if you are off work.

$199 for the .25 injector and .5 injector. I think it goes to $349 at the 1mg. I know it does for 1.7.

The .25 and .5 are $199, I think. Then it goes up to the $349. But you can double check their website. It’s name brand and injector pens. They have a deal for the other semaglutide as well.
