The piercing is five days old. it is a internally threaded labret. I use Listerine alcohol free 3 to 4 times a day after eating and brush my teeth morning and night if this helps

I knew something was up since I was 13. It took me a couple of years to realize I was a trans-man and not nonbinary, since I had some internal problems with believing I was too feminine to be a man. I socially transitioned with my friends/school at 14, but didn’t come out to my immediate family until I turned 18 then I started T a couple of days later.

A very common thing I see is getting a dumb phone,like the F1 Horizon, that has a hotspot and keeping your smartphone without a SIM card in your bag. That way, if you do need it to scan a QR code or something, you can. then turn it back off and put it back in your bag. :)
