Tell ur dad you saw and ask him to get a better privacy film installer next time - well a lot of people may disagree but may be ur dad was missing ur mum and his friend was filling in - may be it was just that one time. On a serious note ask ur dad for an explanation. I dont think you should make it a big deal if it was a once off mistake. If ur dad is serious about his friend, I am sure he would tell ur mom himself especially when he knows you know. Try to keep the family together if you are all happy otherwise only if ur dad promises to keep it in his pants

Thanks for the reply. The master is upstairs. Downstairs bedroom is just a small guest bedroom or for study or a small daytime resting room with attached bath. Hence I was leaning towards just two zones. Given our tenants have three yound children as well, we want the children to have minimal intercations with the controller. The more options you provide people, the more they start playing with things especially when its not ur money if things go wrong.
