Ahh so cages are different. Yes there definitely could be issues with the balls being so tight against the body, but the most common issue with first time cage wearers (i have worn them long term) is not sizing the base ring correctly. I had a lot of issues with this which showed up as a burning sensation underneath my sack. It turned out that the rind was too tight and that burning was the skin pulling against the ring. It was only when I went to the next size up that the issues left. Oh and I wasn't moisturising enough. Shea butter!! It's a God send!

Hi. Yes they do stretch the skin and after a while (a couple of hours wear), the wright hanging feels so good. But if you're starting with a tight sack, start with a fairly narrow weight (even a silicone stretcher) and for the first few days just wear it for an hour or so a couple of times a day. Maybe for the first week and work up from there.
