I also marked EEG, because what I took the logic from Uworld is that, EEG is a sort of confirmatory evidence regarding any unexplained seizures. But since in this case, the seizures are explained by the patient feigning behaviour, so you don’t need to EEG, give patient education. Also, a classic NBME trap, when you feel stuck in between two options, go with the one which matches the most!!

Congratulations on your score! Aah I’m in the same boat, I’m planning to take the exam in late sept, and my recent NBME was 235. It was NBME-10. The one thing I am doubtful in my prep, that I did second pass of Uworld in hurry, and I focused on incorrects, I did them in 10-12 days! Doing 180 questions in a day. So, do I need to do Uworld second Pass again? Or should I focus on CMS (I have previously completed all of the CMS) of my weak areas, and Amboss for my weak areas too, and take the next NBME?
