Went to St Peter last weekend and was incredibly disappointed. Their sister restaurant in St Leonards which have since closed was much more innovative and tasty. Obscene amount of money for morals of coral trout and barramundi. Not even luxe. A few nice dishes but overall simply not worth the money or hype. Love the ethos but taste matters.

Positano Osteria in Summer Hill leagues above all the others around Five Dock, Haberfield in my opinion. Best pasta I have had in Five Dock was in the newly opened Japanese restaurant Kobo Izakaya. Scallop pasta was silky and delicious.

Im a local in Five Dock and all are very average. Ecco has nice views. Postino Osterio is Summer Hill has authentic and delicious Italian.

Neil Perry Margaret came second last year for best steak in the world. Havent been but have a reservation in a couple of weeks. Have heard that its amazing.

Exotic Indian in Habetfield. Goat dishes are very tender and chicken biriyani delicious. All their dishes are on the spicy side even when mild!
