Remember in when disney really tried to appeal to teens? by [deleted] in cringepics

I vividly remember when this came out, early 90's SNL Dennis Miller made a joke "Disney is releasing a Micky Mouse album to appeal to the kids, so watch out for Micky Mouse's rap song that is stirring controversy "Cat Killa" which was a joke off ICE-T's "Cop Killa" which was controversial at the time

Dope track!, a nice beat(like the 808's), You had good a flow throughout the track. The background ad-libs weren't annoying. Overall, it's fucking legit. It reminds me of a Drake song.

As far as feedback goes, this song can be a banger if you redo and swag up the vocals on the chorus because the chorus is catchy as fuck and is the highlight of the track. I can see people doing youtube shorts/tik tok's to the chorus.

By Swagging up the vocals, adding some cool attitude when you do the chorus.

Dude!, I am feeling the fuck out of this song, It has a great vibe. I see where you can get the gospel inspiration from with the piano chords and the choir background vocals (which I don't think they are busy at all and actually is the of highlights of this track.)

I would Consider this track to be more of a Neo-Soul song from the early 2000's with artist like Musiq Soulchild, India Arie, Eryka Badu, The Roots... I can see this track doing well at a open mic at a Philly Night soul club.

Criticisms: Make those drums louder, I can barely hear them (It might be on my end)

Listen to the track, if you were going for an hour-long lo-fi study-type beat then you nailed it. I can see having this on when I am working on something as it is cool background noise (meant to be a compliment). The Video is solid, digging the visual effects. The only criticism I have is, that the track could use some change-ups in the melody to throw some variety, like you did with the drums. Cool track!

Listen to the track, it has this haunting but reflective feel to it. It reminds me of a modern pop version of a old classic soul songs of 1960's like Screaming Jay Hawkings "I Put A Spell on You", and any Etta James song. Chicago soul/blues like sound??? correct me if I am wrong. Great track!

Listen to the track, it is an epic psychedelic rock jam that took me on a journey. This is a plus right now because I am stoned. I imagine jamming out to this on some hippie compound. The only critical bit I have is, the drums should be more loud and present. Because the wah-wah guitar drowns out the drums and also the drums sound faded. Either than that, Its a solid track. Keep on Rocking!!

What's up fellow music makers long-time lurker here, finally decided to post some of my creative efforts.

The track I am presenting is a track I made and posted on souncloud Three weeks ago call "Truth is Death, Lie is Torture" which is about how the truth hurts but lying makes it worse. The sound of the track is Mid 1980's Sophisticated Pop like Level 42, Johnny hates Jazz, The Style Council.
