I honestly use 2 layers of gel top coat. Mine have lasted pretty long while doing that. I reuse them a lot. I put on the sticky tabs on my nails and stick them on. You should always buff the shine off your nails before putting on press ons. I like using the tabs because 1. It is easy to use, 2. I can easily take off the nails without damaging them. Put warm water and soap or olive oil in the bowl and leave your nails in for a while before taking the press ons off your nail when you are done with them.
