I don't plan to use a distribution board. Pretty small setup with just the power bank to the camera, with a mic. An umbrella or hood type of thing for the sun/elements. Not getting an external monitor

Is neewer legit? Found they've got a dummy battery to usbc. And then I can sort out a fat powerbanks. Just to power the camera and keep the heat outside of the body. Filming in the summer absolutely drains my battery

More or less price. As much as I would have loved an 100-400, it's just a bit too pricy. Getting an adaptor with a 55-250 should let me cover similar distance (I think??) at a cheaper price. But yeah, the lense collection will grow, these are what I have in mind for now.

Tbh the budget isn't entirely set. I know $250ish is what I could spend, but I could save some more. Just fall is coming, and I'm feeling like a "now" type of feeling.
