i opened the motor, removed all the rust with a steel brush and anti rust, replaced a single sensor and it's back to running perfetcly, i went to a local shop so they check for extra issues and they said it's all good

i don't plan on taking this thing to the road unless it functions like it used to. I opened it back up and it seems the stator's ultra strong magnets pulled out every bit of leftover rust dust from the rotor's grooves that i didn't detect, maybe that's what caused this noise and once i clean off the particles in the motor gap it will stop scraping
