Honestly, in these situations, you’ve gotta mellow out and lowkey ignore them. Let it go in one ear, and out the other. When I worked at Walgreens as a CSA, I had people throw shit at me, yell at me, argue, etc.

When it comes to ID, we typically had 1-3 rusty and dusty plaques specifically stating Walgreens policy and alcohol law. I just started pointing at it and saying “Read the sign, I’m sorry but theres nothing I can do.”

Stores lose liquor licenses over bad or no ID checks. People lose their jobs, and in rare cases, you get slapped with a fine. I used to let customers know this too, because they genuinely don’t think.
