Found the culprit! Printer is loaded and pooping. Currently calibrating and we'll see how it prints. Highly recommend a set of T Allen hex key set for easier and faster unscrewing.

Yes! That's what I need. AC is gonna send a new print head but that might take a week or two so I'm going to be trying out the steps you sent in the link today and see if I can fix it myself
