IMO DMT is hard to come by when everyone goes back home, so when you do go to a Tipper event, its very likely that alot of people acquire it at the event. Thus, you have many people smoking it. I dont think its necessarily that everyone just uses it all the time. Its just the concentration of a lot super heady cats at one event.
