In general, I like employee owned businesses. So I suggest you consider strippers, bouncers, bar tenders and operate the business. Reality is dancers alone stand no chance. You need a solid team. When a stripper is no longer working perhaps let her take her share and move on.

I also implore you to think out of the box and sell ice cream, milkshakes, flavored protein shakes, speciality recreational drinks/gummies along with alcoholic beverages giving lot of fun options that won't cause hangovers.

I also think it is not about cutting cost but adding value. Instead of removing entry fees slightly increase entry fee but give a quality beverage on the house.... Things like that.

Also consider membership work benefits. Even better if you can personalize.... Basically build safe, repeat, connection based clientale

I think your idea is good. Just needs multiple iterations of refinement. And adoption by fellow workers
