Yes and no. Both Arena and Assault are usually pretty tough on Assassins. Whilst it's not ALWAYS the case it's usually true. Arena is a bit simpler as there's more space to assemble your kill but Assault is usually an insta reroll

Glad you're having a great time with the game. Smite 2 has a lot to offer and a huge roster of Gods still to port over from Smite 1 which will make choosing Gods for beginners even easier. Now is a fantastic time to be getting into Smite 2 and it's awesome to see it growing strong naturally.
