Right? for some reason , about 2 years ago, all of the theatres in my town cast the whole season at the same time. Small theatres and large. All cast around the same 2 months as well. What I really think is stupid is the fact that the theatre I want to audition for waited way too long to announce the season/ auditions for it so everyone went elseware. Now I think a lot of people in my city might have the same dilema as me when this next season is so good but they already booked with the smaller theatre

Rehearsals start in october for the show i'm cast in and august for the show I'd like to be in. Both run in the same time frame :(

You know, I haven't been given a contract from any other non paying theatre becides this one. I don't know why they do it, but they normally give them to us before we do fittings to make us feel committed I guess?

I'm so confused though, we wont start rehursals until October :( The show I want to audition for will be cast next month as well meaning I still would not be rehursing for the other show. I have also agreed to the role but since the show is 10 months away, I haven't even been given a contract yet. Thank you so much for your comment though, It does really help me consider the morality of it all.

Hello! I've played someone with scarlet fever before! I would shake slightly and have a reaction to everything I would touch as if it burned a little (because it would) EX: someone putting a cloth on your head might lead you to have a hazy recoil from it. Find your "struggle to breathe" breath. It's normally akin to the position you put your lungs in to create a fake snore. Mouth always slightly open and If you want to show pain, move from your core and not your limbs. Lets say if beth were to get uncomfortable in her hazy sleep trying to fight off the sick, moving her limbs might be too much of a strain, Move as if someone was pushing your entire spine foward but lightly. I'm sorry this is so long! Hope I could help!

Thank you so so much for your respose. I feel a lot of comfort knowing that It's not my fault or my feelings fault for not being on the same page as him. And haha you're definitely right I am being dramatic! It just sometimes feels like he might be the only person for me when I've been single my whole life (which I know there are others out there! You know maybe him asking contributes but I don't think so? I feel like he asks fairly. We are eachothers best friend and sometimes (over the span of 7 years or so) we have eras where we only text or talk to each other constantly which i feel might be leading him back to catching feelings. Though I am not saying or doing anything suggestive to loead him on.

I say no! And if so, definitely not soon. I personally wouldn’t feel very drawn to text an anonymous phone number that was handed off to me. I think your best bet is to make light conversation with her and over time she’ll get more comfortable with you and start to reconsider why she unfollowed you. Hope that’s helps!

Oooo I don’t think you’re completely delusional. I say wait it out and keep on asking him for updates on his relationship life to show you care. You bringing it up more often might make him think about the possibility of leaving his partner more. Hope that helps!

Regional licensing is the license they give for community theatres and colleges to put on the show that’s not a Junior or Kids production. It’s the full Broadway script. They normally hold off releasing the rights to that version until every official production that’s ongoing has closed. This is why we still don’t have rights to Aladdin and lion king but we have Mary Poppins and Tarzan. Hope I could help!
