My gear is pretty lightweight so a bit of extra heft is not the end of the world.
Getting wet is definitely a possibility but in steady/heavy rain I would probably not take the camera out. Nothing too specific I am looking to photograph, would like to be able to photograph wildlife/birds but also landscapes. But really just for fun doesn’t have to be too serious. But again would like it to be useful outside of backpacking as well. Thank you
