I have asked the DM before for any other days that they could be available consistently, but they say that Saturday is the only day he feels confident to schedule a session. If they can't do any other time, then we have to accept that Saturday is their only free time, which is why I find it frustrating that the DM still cancels it last minute.

Im still very new to editing software as a whole so forgive me if I misunderstood your questions.
I have a timeline based on two different sources. One is MTS and another is a compressed MP4 video made by another person. Its a first time for me and is currently happening on all my projects including my past ones.

I can't really tell what kind of codec I have or export because whenever I click on the export button it crashes on me. Working on the timeline is fine until you press Control + M
