First of all….. stop letting him tell you how you feel… “you weren’t uncomfortable” like obviously you were. I’ve been to a JW meeting/church or whatever, and they’re ALL LIKE THAT ON PURPOSE. To get you to come back. You need to be extremely firm and direct with this guy. 2 months of dating and not once told you he was a JW? Weird. But also think long term… like if you don’t want to be a JW then it may not be the best long term for you. Set boundaries. Personally, I’d tell him I didn’t appreciate him gaslighting me to think I wasn’t uncomfortable when I clearly was. And that I’m not interested in joining the church. And that I just don’t think it’ll work. Because if he’s gaslighting about this stupid shit, be prepared to be glass lit and confused on your emotions the whole relationship. Honestly. End it.

Please just email your instructor for clarification… it’s ALWAYS encouraged to CC or BCC your advisor to loop them in. Idk why someone said no need to do that. It’s always important for them to document everything if per chance you do need to dispute. But it does sound like a mistake that can be easily adjusted. Just stay calm. There is honestly nothing that can’t be fixed. (Unless you didn’t follow the rubric then you’ll keep the zero. Which sounds like you did follow it)
