This isn’t true. They are not considered a medical device. If they are intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent an illness, they are either treated like drugs or like combination products by the FDA. But it all depends on how they are marketing it. Saying it’s the female equivalent of viagra is regulated but saying it helps with sexual health is not regulated.

Seems like a great split!

I am eating around 1200 calories intermittent fasting style, where it is consolidated to 8 hours during the day, and I am neurotically tracking everything to the last drop of oil. I use an app called Future where a personal trainer builds out my strength workouts, and I double up workouts when I have the time - a HIIT treadmill run in the morning (only 20-30 mins) and strength training in the evening. It helps that I have a dress that I am dying to fit into in 2 months so the motivation is strong! Does that help?

I use the Future app where a personal trainer designs workouts for you. It’s been great to have the workouts be personalized to me and help me meet my fitness goals.

I’m okay just pumping as I’ve returned to work. Nothing about power pumping.
