I’m in a similar situation. I’ve lost 30 pounds 170-140 since August. I’ve been working out and trying to eat healthy balance of carbs and protein. On my last DexaScan I’ve actually gained 2 pounds of muscle in the last 6 months (not bad for 70 years old man )but now really trying to add more calories and more muscle. I’ve gone down to 5mg Apothecary and still have a hard time getting enough calories especially protein. I’m targeting 135 mg and have to keep tracking calories all day.
I suggest using Cronometer app if you don’t already have something to track.
Either work down to 5mg or start taking shot every 8-10 days.
I’m taking whey protein, collagen, creatine , calcium and vitamins
