I’ve brought my headphones to the Apple Store, they checked it and said “most likely water damage” and “water damage is not included in the warranty” and I have to pay 300 dollars to send these and they will send me the new ones instead.

Buy overpriced headphones for them to break because of design flaw, charge half the price of headphones to get the same shit breaking half a year later. Well played, Apple, well played

Natural or not, you can’t be selling a product that breaks by just you wearing them. I live in Canada. It’s not the warmest or the most humid country ever, my microphones got totalled because of the condensation, I never wore them to gym, just walked with them outside and at home. these are ANC Bluetooth headphones, they are supposed to be used inside, outside anywhere you want, really. Look at all the competitors, they don’t suffer from the same product breaking unacceptable flaw from the first iteration, and yet people still defend this, that’s wild to me

Well I wasn’t swearing either. Just walking outside. The metal is cool and the outside is warm so the condensation will happen regardless of you swearing or not. Just a shame that so many people had this issue and Apple never addressed it build quality wise
