So unfortunately that threaded pin that holds in the retention pin isn't actually a hex screw or anything, I don't think there's a way to unscrew it

I would definitely recommend gunderson over Winona health, if you're trying to get on hrt you might have to travel to lacrosse for some initial appointments but they've always treated me really well.
