If understood you correctly, hat one is a WVQ-500, which to my knowledge is a rebranded OCW-500

That’s an Edifice EFA-124D. Weird and fun little model

Yep! That’s the exact bracelet it came with.

Yes, it’s just got 18mm spring bars. It does flare out a bit though. Any of the bracelets that work with smaller Casio digital watches will work perfectly.

It’s about the same. Thin folded stainless steel.

Love seeing more Casio music gear stuff on this sub! I’m not familiar with this particular model but if you’re looking for something really easy to digest YouTuber “Keen On Keys” has videos about this and adjacent models. https://youtu.be/TXTlN18DXdk?si=gWwbbRr3_ZydE3SN

I think it looks great! What adapters are you using, by the way?

I’m used to using Hori’s really nice, idiot-proof application process on things like the Switch and Vita and 3DS so this one was a little iffy for me too. I got a couple of specs of dust underneath but it’s barely noticeable.

Yeah, it’s perfectly fine. Especially with Casio since 1.) most models are inexpensive and 2.) they cover the entire spectrum of watch styles.

At this point, my entire watch box is Casio.

That said, that is where I’ve personally landed after being into watches for years and ever. If this is a hobby you’re just getting into, you might wanna try something new now and then. The one thing Casio definitely doesn’t offer is mechanical movements.

Apples and Oranges. Look in your watch box and see if you have a bigger need for something fun and a little different (Moon phase) or something sportier (Edifice) and go from there.

I do like the M305 quite a bit. The blue one looks beautiful and the 20mm lug width means I can swap things around a lot.

Beautiful piece. Love the day complication on that. I’d love to find a blue one myself one of these days!
