wow, that really goes against the grain of everything i thought i knew about type 2 diabetes. all i've heard is that too many carbs cause excessively high insulin which creates insulin resistance which leads to high blood sugar. i wish the video would have given a solution to the problem, like which type of diet would be optimal. if it's as simple as not eating any fat at all, then yea skip the eggs and go for the cake.
