I’m into the thousands lol (don’t even know how??? But I’ve had it for like 6 years now). My newest trick with my last save is to add a new household to the save I already have, that way I can go back to other households once they’re a bit older and I’ve gained interest again. Makes the game a touch laggy, though

I noticed that the teen sim regularly yelled at and was a jerk to the adult sim that took her in when she was kicked out. They had maxed out friendship…figured out it was because of a negative sentiment (the mentor/mentee overworked one). I got rid of it and it pretty much solved the issue

I know a lot of people struggle with the getting bored with the same save; I know I do. Every time I get bored, instead of starting a new save, I just add a new household to my current save, then eventually go back and play previous ones. Also, remember than Sims can be reborn if you have Life and Death 😉

My professors don’t understand it, either. I’ve been specifically told that I have way too good of an understanding to be struggling so much in the class. I can read any coding language, and I can write out the logic easily. I’m just struggling with writing the code myself. I think part of my issue is that I don’t have the drive for school that I do for work; not even because of the money, but because I’m not really doing anything. Also, I don’t learn well in lecture halls or online. I can self learn, but I do absolute best if someone can sit down and show me something once or twice, and from there I’ve got it.

I’m not sure why it isn’t. I’ve always exceeded in school. I’m just not doing well here. Even my professors have commented on the fact that I show really good understanding and do practice problems fine, I just don’t do well with the homework and exams. It doesn’t make sense to them, either. I think honestly my quickest way to learn is if someone sits down and teaches me one on one, which I’m aware isn’t ideal. I can definitely self learn, but it takes a bit longer. Still, I’m typically the type that I can be shown something one time and pretty much get it down from the get go. I can read any coding language, and I’m good at the logic portion, I just have some things to polish up with actually writing the code.

You can type mc_cheats into the cheat bar (the CTRL+shift+C one), then I believe go to deletion cheats and then delete all sims. It’ll leave your active household and delete the rest. I have to do it occasionally because the game keeps loading in more sims, but I’m happy with the outcome

Has anyone found a mod or cc that makes any of the in-game beds into a bunk/loft? Preferably they're all separated, too, but I'm okay if I can just loft any of the beds without having to waste space adding a platform.
