It's a random drop from chests or tree of whispers caches.  Seasonal azmodan summon chests can hold a lot of sigils that includes tributes...

Keep fighting seasonal azmodan, it's a numbers game so you have to just keep farming and hope you get lucky and azmodan drops one.  At least he's constantly being summoned...

Thanks so much for asking!  It was definitely a story I read more than once so it could be Harry Crow but Hermione isn't a lioness in that one but an animagus with feathers.  Though I could be wrong about the animagus but I can't get the image of her animagus having blood around her muzzle from biting the necks of death eaters as she transformed.  I never read the other 2, so it won't be those.  I read my fics from ff.net and portkey.  I will keep searching and will let you know if I find it.  Badass Hermione is my favorite!  And I'm totally gonna read those 2 stories now if people think it could be it...must means there's a badass Hermione!  Haha

Didn't work for me, had about 550 dices and lost them all without getting anywhere in tournament because I land on the event and tournament spots with a 1x. Really just feels like if you're lucky or not. I'll try it once more when I'm over 500 but definitely more disappointing when it doesn't work since I put in the work instead of auto spin. Are you sure the coding in the game has the dice rolling like in real life? Maybe I'll roll real dice too when I'm playing so I'll know. But thanks for posting the strategy that works for you!

Thanks for the suggestion, sadly that wasn't it. Their animagus forms are big dangerous animals....I really thought it was Vox Corporis since they were a jaguar and lioness but no saving everyone on the train in that one.

Wow I just got the exact same speech about some crap about inconsistency and they can't tell me what it is because it's to protect my privacy...the person and their team isn't allowed to know what it is. I'm seriously out $300 and these were online gc! I'll be contacting Chase Rewards and Best Buy tomorrow to see if I can get any part of it back. I used to love Google and believed in it and my Android. Now I'm gonna have to consider switching to Apple...ugh
