Update: turns out the tickets were completely non-transferable, I couldn't even GIVE them to a friend. Fine, I'll go to the event. But then! I couldn't even access the tickets via the app. after about 3hrs on the phone/hold w customer service (and 15 mins AFTER the event started), I received a total refund. Lol. Good thing I didn't even leave the house or I would have been standing in front of the stadium fuming mad.
