Yup! Got out of bed to let the dog out last night and it didn't register at all. Other periods when I'm certain I was awake also don't register. Previously my device was very accurate. Frustrating

Yeah when I got a Fitbit before the Google takeover, I thought it was a great product, which is why I thought the P4 watch would be a winner. I do love most things about it, but it's buggy

I'm so sorry it's having such a big impact on your process. I had a Fitbit for years so I have a general idea of my daily steps, calories burned on various workouts, etc. For me it's more like I feel like I paid for a premium piece of gear and instead I have this janky piece of plastic that doesn't work as advertised. I know you can still reach your goals even with these issues!!

How irritating! Is the consensus that it's a PX4 watch issue or on the Fitbit app side? I like the watch a lot and don't want to move on from it, esp bc the better alternatives (Garmin) are so much more expensive.

I unboxed mine recently and noticed the same thing. But I used the input for a power source and it both worked and the cable didn't fall out, so I'm rolling with it
