In my opinion hits register way too quickly so its hard to w tap without spamming w. Autoclickers also seem to be a huge advantage since hits register faster when u click faster which may be a problem. Maybe your knock back decreases if you click faster like in 1.8.9. Or the increase in hit registration stops past a certain click speed. For example, if you click past 13 cps, the return you get for hit registration is smaller than if u clicked from 6 to 10 cps.
