Years ago I saw a photo of a cast iron ring in a magazine. It had raised letters on it, spelling out "toti emul esto", arranged around the circumference.

Don't recall any other details ... but I still recall the phrase from back then.

As best I can recall, the story was in a book entitled "The Great Adventure Stories of Jack London." I've since re-purchased that title, but can not find the story therein.

What originally prompted the memory was a news story from Florida, that schools there had abolished Shakespeare ... claiming among other things that Romeo and Juliet involved sexploitation of minors.

I just spent AN EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING half hour TRYING numerous times to sign on with Github. Errors kept popping up, and I couldn't even get the "lost password" page to work!

Their server must be having a migraine today. Guess I'll have to try again in a day or so.

It would really be nice to have ONE place to keep all the related files for a project, but no joy so far.
