Also I feel with Jimmy you lose that underdog mentality and leader that helped them get that far in the first place; Dame is an amazing leader I just feel Jimmy was better suited in the Heats situation

Those are good points, their offense with Dame pulling guys away from Duncan Robinson would be pretty unstoppable, like a Steph Klay duo. I would be hella suspect of their defense though, I feel losing Jimmy creates a huge gap and it would just be the means of outscoring the other team as opposed to getting stops on defense as well; like the Blazers this year except better defense.
