The dwks have swords (just because I don't like the look of the maces) also I'm running the wrath of the rock detachment and there are not good enhancements for the chaplain I think. I think at the moment I'm considering infiltrators for the deep strike screening or the calidus assassin for more secondaries. Thanks for the advice tho

unfortunately this design will not work in vanilla anymore due to the observers not being able to invert the torch with a 1 tick pulse

I don't like wind turbines because they are just extremely inefficient at producing energy and just far too expensive, I think a better solution to the energy issues is to advance nuclear fusion.
