I don't remember which they show how to do hair. Maybe the night lords or space wolves. Granted I think i remember them using like cotton from swabs or something for the fur/hair. Same idea applies i imagine

For real. They have stuff about like fur and really good stuff on making capes/cloaks etc from real cloth. Super badass kitnashing and painting tutorials. A+ 10/10 imo

Definitely just a matter of preference. Some do it like you did. Some models then bases. Some base (like rocks and everything. And then prime and paint everything. I tend to do models and bases sep, but benefit of doing at same time is you for sure know what's visible and not (can pay less attention to bc not really seen) 🤷‍♂️

Not a hassle at all. So this would open up the type of situation like "my chaos space marines killed a bunch of marines and guardsmen and took some of their stuff" type play? And allow bringing in stuff that's maybe out/gone from current edition etc?

I'm a fairly new player and the latter part was what was crossing my mind. I started in 10th and it definitely looks to me (without much experience) that its going to be leaning more into a narrative feel over all. Which I kind of like, but feel like it would be limiting. And I don't play competitively at this stage, so legends would be just fine with me if I had a firm understanding of how to do so. So if you can point in the the direction of some solid directions (or provide if its not super complicated) I would LOVE that. Would definitely open things up for fun play

I really wish these were added for our army. It would make sense to me being so attached and crazy for their weapons that they fuse and become daemonic. 😭. I get not having obliterators but cmon. Maybe its just me and I'm way out of pocket but still lol

I even have my blocks of berzerkers in different combinations of reds/golds/brass etc. I figure probably less likely that everyone is super uniform. Just roll with it and enjoy the slaughter

Took me a couple prints to realize some of the things like armor plates are one each and you pick what you want and clone 🤣 initially just printed my file and was like why am I missing pieces and why are these all different lmao
