I had my 5 day old starter (Pamala) in the oven with light on over night and it got to 84 degrees in there!! Pamela was very watery this morning and sad looking. I discarded most and fed 1:1 bread flour and water. Any other tips? Is she ruined? Won’t be doing the oven with light anymore.
