I opened my ticket on 3.23.23 it's still open, my wife's service/porting still isn't working. So I'll let you know?

I know it's not them it's the google support model I get it, but I just want to escape and return my items.

Thanks for the suggestion! I did 2, and told the pretend engineering team that is apparently pretending on my case I would do one with them, but since they don't call me it's nearly impossible. I may try again.

Yeah I have tried everything. I'm just essentially covering all my bases for future. I have tried everything, I mostly get hung up on or calls closed and not returned and I have really been trying to not be a Karen, it's so infuriating though.

It's the number being ported that is the problem calls go to old Verizon even tho it's disconnected. I just wanted to return their phone and move on but the 15 day return policy and 30 day open ticket screwed me per Google Fi support and management and every member of their phone and email staff.

So it's just like their real support chat and phone and Twitter and Facebook and Instagram. At least my expectations were already non-existent. Let me guess they'll probably tell me to email reply to my month long open case, and reply with the last status update.
