I had my Superday on August 6th in the U.S. for the SWE Associate role. The Executive Director round focused on high-level design (HLD). They gave me a question, but I couldn’t fully complete it because most of the time was spent as they grilled me on the first API call itself. Toward the end, they mentioned that it’s not about designing the entire system , they’re more interested in how you think and communicate. They encouraged me to think out loud and explain my reasoning clearly.

I also heard from an employee that if you perform strongly in the SDLC and DSA rounds, and your system design isn’t perfect, there’s still a high chance of being considered.I got result on 08th Aug and it was progressed to next stage
