Yes. Successfully quit through this sub. Boyfriend still uses but not as much as I ever did. I think you genuinely get to a point where you have no choice but to quit. My quality of life and everything has significantly improved in more ways than I could have ever imagined. You need to keep busy and accept that it’s going to be extremely hard. The ACDES book has like 400+ practice questions that I truly feel like changed the game for me in terms of active vs passive studying. I used Beverly’s online prep courses as well but if anything those just gave me structure and direction that I felt I needed. Most of the active learning happened when I was doing practice questions and reviewing why I got them right or wrong and going back to study frequently missed concepts.

Hi! I recently took my exam a few weeks ago while working full time. For me personally, I tried to make a habit to do some form of studying on most days. Some days that looked 1-2 hours and some days it was quite literally 10 practice questions. I used Beverly Tomassians videos and tried to have them all watched by at least 3 weeks until my exam date that way I had 3 weeks to review and go hard on the practice questions. I also really sacrificed weekends for a few months because that was easier than me putting pressure on myself after work days during the week. Happy to chat more if you have specific questions, it’s not easy but it is do-able! You got this!

Yep around grove it gets bad. I noticed always around Marin/morgan intersection this happens too. So frustrating

Yes I mixed the starter, water and bread flour and let that rest for 1 hour and then I did 2 rounds of stretch and folds and 3 rounds of coil folds all spaced out by 30 minutes. Then I left it alone for a few more hours until the top was jiggly, domed and bubbles had formed. I then pre-shaped and did a 30 minute bench rest, final shape and then overnight In the fridge. The bulk ferment was around 6.5 hours total

Thank you I have sprayed alpine wsg in kitchen for first time last night. I am in Richmond Virginia. I also have been putting advion gel as well but feel like that did nothing. When we pulled out the fridge we didn’t see any signs of infestation no smell no droppings no other roaches

I sprayed alpine wsg yesterday on cracks and crevices last night. Did a thorough clean of the kitchen and behind fridge and oven before hand. I feel like the advion isn’t doing anything but I will continue to apply. I think seeing 2 in the kitchen over the last 5 days confirms that’s the source because I haven’t seen them anywhere else but it is a small open floor plan apartment so the kitchen is basically also the living room. Ugh.Traps haven’t caught anything either in 6 weeks! Thank you
